Piers Burton – Executive Director
Piers is an expert consultant for the leisure, retail, hospitality and FMCG industries whose specialties include executive recruitment and the development of strategic partnership and new market entry models for a number of prestigious international clients. Piers excels in creating platforms for brand owners and hospitality companies through the design of organisational structure modeling and in attracting qualified candidates to join these companies.
Prior to founding Eagles Spearing Management Consultancy, Piers worked in the middle east for 23 years and served as COO at Emirates Leisure Retail and MMI, respectively the Middle East’s leading restaurant and alcoholic beverages groups, and as General Manager of Grey Mackenzie & Partners, Abu Dhabi. He received his BA in Classical Studies at University of Bristol and completed post-graduate studies in Retail Marketing at The Manchester Metropolitan University.
His in-depth knowledge of the leisure, retail, hospitality and FMCG sectors, alongside his commercial and recruitment expertise, ensure that he leads his team to success year upon year.
